Clare Perry
is a Chicago-based photographer who spent the last eight years in New York City. Her work blends nature, staged artistry, and cinematic storytelling, transforming natural and man-made spaces into immersive, sometimes surreal visual narratives. With a strong focus on framing, light, texture, and overlooked beauty, Clare creates carefully choreographed scenes where subject and environment merge. Landscapes remain a favorite subject, often captured with documentary sincerity to reveal the raw beauty of the natural world.
Clare earned her B.A. in Studio Art from the College of Charleston in 2019 and completed the Creative Practices Certificate program at the International Center of Photography in 2020. Her work has been exhibited at the Halsey Institute of Contemporary Art and ICP, and featured in Vogue’s “How Pewter Went Posh” and Magazine Non Grata in 2025.
Professionally, she has worked with Gerber and Scarpelli Weddings in Chicago, Gruber Photographers in New York, FOCUS in Mendoza, Argentina, Firon Marketing, and PID Floors. Today, she works as a full-time freelance photographer, partnering with fashion and lifestyle clients while offering portrait, wedding, engagement, lifestyle, and interior photography services.
